We're a family-operated business with over 35 years of rental experience.  Our ongoing mission is to provide clean, updated, & economical rental accommodations.

Apartment Features

We have six apartments located at 2508 Waterbury Drive. 

All units have a large great room which can be configured in a number of ways: use the open space as a large family room, or break it up and create a small work/office space in addition to a standard living room.

The kitchen is large enough to seat 4 family members at the kitchen table, and each apartment has 5 or 6 closets with plenty of storage space. 

Building & Property Amenities

Our building has comfortable charm in a great location.  Our street is quiet, and we have plenty, convenient parking right outside.

Our building backs onto a scenic pond which runs through the complex, and we are only a few yards from the new children's play area, which features water spouts and rides.

On the main floor, we offer laundry facilities for our tenants.

Local Attractions

We are conveniently located in suburban Woodridge close to 75th Street and I-355 on Janes Avenue.  There are many retail stores right next door, like a convenience store, liquor store, and Pappa's Pizza, located in the 83rd St & James Ave Mall. 

Shopping in the nearby area includes Jewel-Osco, The Promende Bolingbrook, Home Depot, and many others.

PACE bus service conveniently picks up directly across the street from us and drops off at the Downers Grove Metra Train Station (Route 834) and Yorktown Mall in Lombard. 

Kids will really appreciate the new Woodridge Park District Athletic Recreation Center (ARC) and soccer fields located across the street, and only a block away is one the largest water parks in the western suburbs, Cypress Cove Family Aquatic Park -- a great way to keep them occupied in a safe, fun environment.
